This is almost as obvious as the fact that bungie is going to keep cranking out halo games.

I think you mean Microsoft, seeing how they own the Halo property, not Bungie.

I wanted a cool quote but couldn't think of one :(
Oh boy, here we go again, another ripfest for Treyarch. I think I should just put this in my sig or something.

Call of Duty World at War is a good game. It's not excellent, or even game of the year material, but it's something worth playing. And Call of Duty 3 wasn't that bad either. Sure, for a Call of Duty game, it wasn't quite up to par, but it's still a good WWII shooter. That's my opinion.....at least we didn't have to rip apart the EXE in World at War for dedicated servers...

Besides, what else does Treyarch have to do? Make more zombie maps?...lol

Whatever they make, I'll be getting it. I'll praise them if they bring the max level down to 55 again.

I haven't got a problem with Treyarch per-se. Just WaW.

It was like you say, a good, not excellent WWII game. How many good WWII games have there been in the past? It's just another drop in the pan and made me pay Ł40 for something that I've really played before.

No I don't because Bungie chose to renew the contract after it ran it meaning they wanted to make it again. But i guess both are involved.

I would like another WWII w/ the Red Army and the U.S. invading Japan, but they pretty much took care of everything in WaW. It's like they're kind of lost in these games, because everyone just thinks of D-Day and Germany invading Europe.

Wait, so people aren't aware of the Infinity Ward-Treyarch cycle still?

Every other year a developer puts out a different Call of Duty game. In 2005 it was Infinity Ward with Call of Duty 2, in 2006 it was Treyarch with Call of Duty 3, in 2007 it was Infinity Ward with Modern Warfare, in 2008 it was Treyarch with World at War, in 2009 it's Infinity Ward with Modern Warfare 2, and in 2010 it'll be Treyarch again. I'm absolutely not surprised that the next Call of Duty game is a Treyarch developed game.

But then again, World at War was a great game, so I'm looking forward to the next one. Jeff Gersetmann said on the Bombcast that they might be doing a Cold War game. I don't really know how that would work, but anything other than WWII would be cool.

THANK YOU LK! Jesus, for once someone agrees with me.

Looking forward for this next Call of Duty, should be good. Not that I'm particularly done with MW2 yet.

On the side, I got to try the night vision goggles today. They're pretty cool, but they're unfocused and I'm not sure how, or if you can, and it doesn't work that bad with some minimal lights. I tried it on the streets around 1:30AM today, kinda hard to see, but if you keep to the dark patches, you're ok.
