![]() Pokemon Ranger is a spin-off of the main hand held Pokemon RPGs. It is where you start and become a Pokemon ranger, who does missions and help people out with problems. We've seen Pokemon rangers before, but havent quite seen what they do. Instead of capturing pokemon with a pokeball, you now use a styler, which you use in battle. Ranking Ranger Masters up you rank, which starts at 1. Also, when you capture pokemon, you get experience, which will level your styler up, giving it more HP. ![]() Battling Unlike the Pokemon RPGs, you can see where the pokemon are before you battle them. In battle you must draw circles around pokemon a certain amount of time to capure it. Once captured, you can use it on a one time use, to help you in battle, or to get accross an obsticle. You have a minum as your partner, which you keep perminatly. Graphics/Presention Graphics have improved some from the GBA games. They aren't quite 3D, but close. The toch screen has made it easier to talk to people and direct yourself. Sound Not too great. Some new sound tracks, but notall that origanal. The pokemon growls are the same from the previous games, so nothing new. Missions You are assigned missions thought the game by ranger leaders. They usually have to go through many places and figuring out what to do. You usually will have to fight a really hard pokemon in the end, which will probably take many, many tries to win. WARNING SPOILERS!! (kinda) I heard this on the internet, but if you complete a secret mission, them you will get a manaphy egg, which is transfferabel to Diamond and Pearl. "Spoilers" end here. Since I have not completed the game, this review will probably have more content added. |

I would also add a little bit more detail, more text itself, and at least 2 or 3 more pictures. |
