Welcome to the FAQ. It was last updated March 7th, 2010. This guide should help you understand basic forum features as well as ones unique to this board. If you have a question that isn't answered here, you may make a topic within the "forum help" forum or PM a staff member.
Basic Forum Questions: Questions that deal with basic forum use.
Spoiler: click to toggle Is there a way to change the skin/theme?Yes, with ZB we have the option to use multiple themes. You can view them on the bottom of the board using the selector.Where are the rules?The rules can be found here.How do I put my signature/avatar on?Go to 'Preferences' and pick either 'Change Avatar' or 'Change Signature'. You can then edit there as you please. Just make sure any images/content comply with our rules and Zetaboards' TOS.What is a member title and how do I get one?You must get over 100 posts to create a member title. It is a title you can give yourself instead of a regular rank title.The forums are going slow!It is most likely a server problem. We will either post information on it or the members may be able to confirm the same problem. Either way, it's probable the problem is not on our end and should correct itself soon.Someone is spamming the board! What should I do?PM an online staff member. If none are on, "report" the user and it will be taken care of. Do not retaliate or post asking the member to stop. It only adds to the clean-up.

The most important thing for you is to be genuinely committed to NF by helping members, making great posts, and suggesting new things for us to implement.What are some perks to being a sage?Here is a small list of perks we give our sages:- We do NOT keep PM logs on our sages. Any logs previously recorded are deleted upon your promotion. We trust you and we think you deserve complete privacy on the board.

- Can Close own topics. This is a nice incentive and gives you a bit of moderation power of your own topics.

Can I use these rank images on my forum?
Those images were made by Catscratch for NF so they're not available for use anywhere else.
These themes are nice! Can I have one?
Nope, sorry. All themes are exclusive to NF unless you see an external copyright saying otherwise. If we've released any themes, we'll make sure to point a link in that direction.
Where did you get x code from?
Most codes are from ZBCode.com and were created as a request. While they were requested for NF, they should be public for anyone's use. If you want to try to find one of ours, head over there and find it.
